A Woman's Journey

The real magic begins when you...

Find

Your

Voice.

Speak

Your

Truth.

I believe that every woman has a story that is built from a lifetime of experiences that are as unique to the individual as their DNA. Whatever role a woman holds, her contribution to society is limitless, timeless, essential & each of us has our own path to blaze.

Over the course of my lifetime it has been my observation & experience that the women I have had the honor of either working with in a professional capacity or developing friendships with in my personal life have been the primary caregivers of others. As a result, each of these women is responsible for raising, nurturing, molding, guiding, advocating for & protecting those in their lives.

It is my goal to help all those who walk into my office to heal, become stronger, learn to love themselves, find their voice & become empowered. I strive to assist women of all ages to live an authentic life and learn healthy & meaningful skills that will assist them in being successful as they continue on their journey. I truly believe that when women flourish so do those whose lives they impact & in return our society is the benefactor.

I have experience working with a variety of populations from diverse backgrounds, cultures & beliefs; and have provided therapy services to individuals, teens, adults, couples & families. I have experience working with depression, anxiety, grief, trauma/abuse, strugges with self-esteem, self-injurious behavior, LGBTQ, emotional regulation, relationship issues & parenting.

I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Informed Care & EMDR. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice & a Master's Degree in Social Work & I am a Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), licensed by the Behavior Sciences Regulatory Board (BSRB) of the state of Kansas.
